Qualifications:

National Higher Diploma in Architecture (South Africa)

Member – Australian Institute of Project Management

 

Michael is the Project Director of Williams Ravi Architects. He has over 30 years’ experience in the development and management of construction projects. Michael strength lies in his organisational ability to marry his vast knowledge of construction and the requirements of the clients and their design outcomes. He ensures that the project meets the client’s requirements and expectations.

 

His ability to co-ordinate and communicate with all stakeholders (i.e. local government, Department of Education, DHS, developers and communities) is the key to his many years of success taking projects from conception through to completion.

 

His depth of knowledge of the industry and construction methodologies will prove invaluable on this project as he works with the sub-consultant team to co-ordinate the disciplines to ensure all project items are identified and well planned.

Anandh Ravi

Design Director

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Architecture

Master of Architecture – Design Studio (bridging program, University of Melbourne)

Registered Architect, ARBV Victoria.

 

Anandh Ravi is the Design Director of Williams Ravi Architects who is instrumental in the Master Planning, Design and Documentation of projects. With over fourteen years of professional experience, Anandh Ravi has been involved in the design and delivery of several landmark projects in and around Melbourne. He has worked extensively on Institutional projects for Federal, State and Local Governments all over Victoria.

 

During the initial phases of the design process Anandh assists the client to develop a detailed project brief that realizes their goals. Anandh’s experience in liaising multiple stakeholders and user-groups has provided him the necessary competencies to manage the communication processes to successfully deliver projects.
